To analyze multiple samples, please enter a GSE or PRJNA ID instead of an individual SRX number to load the entire project list. On the RunInfo page, you can then select up to 4 samples by checking the boxes before submission. In short, use a Series or BioProject ID to view and select multiple files at once.
